So sassy! I own this book but haven't read it. I did watch the bbc show, although I couldn't get past thinking of Richard Armitag as Guy of Gisborne, from Robin Hood! Hahaha!Out of curiosity, what is your favorite book?
Well actually, 'North and South' is one of my favourite books. I had read it before the BBC adaptation and was so excited when I heard that they were making it, as I'd read the book in two days - I just couldn't put it down! I love all of the Jane Austen books, especially 'Persuasion' and 'Pride and Prejudice'. Charlotte Brontë's 'Jane Eyre'too. Also. Miss Read's 'Mrs. Pringle' - it's one of a collection of books set in the beautiful country village of Fairacre. It's very witty and the characters are so well written too, a lovely light read - I've read it every Winter for years now!
Wonderful! I am so getting Mrs. Pringle now. I love Jane Eyre and Wuthering Heights. Pride and Prejudice is so good, it is practically engrained in me from my youth. I love all of your work on this blog!
I hope that you enjoy it!
